James A. Stepan to speak at the April 29, 2009 Medical Claims Defense Network (MCDN) seminar

Mr. Stepan will present: "Whether chiropractic assistants must be registered or certified in Florida" His discussion will provide insight into the current state of law regarding how chiropractic assistants are regulated in Florida, the ability of the courts and administrative agencies to regulate chiropractic assistants, and what services by chiropractic assistants are payable under applicable insurance policies.
