James A. Gale To Speak At National Asian Pacific American Bar Association 2007 Southeast Regional ConferenceThe intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale, P.A. is pleased to announce that firm co-founder and Chair of The Florida Bar Intellectual Property Law Certification Committee, James A. Gale, will serve as an IP panelist at the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association 2007 Southeast Regional Conference to be held April 28, 2007 at the Miami Beach Resort and Spa. The IP panel, Advising Clients in the IP Spectrum: Hot Issues in IP Policy and Litigation, addresses new legal issues for the holders of patents, trademarks and copyrights. How does one create solutions to deal with the ever-changing arena of intellectual property law? This dynamic panel of corporate counsel and practitioners in private law firms will address how they have tackled current IP issues and advised clients. Corporate counsel will offer insights on drafting and implementing internal IP policies and dealing with cross-border issues in China.
