Susan Marsillo And Richard Guerra Join Feldman GaleMIAMI, FL -The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale is pleased to announce that Susan Marsillo and Richard Guerra have joined the firm as associates. Marsillo focuses her practice on the maintenance and prosecution of trademarks and intellectual property litigation. Most recently, she worked at The Barthet Firm in Miami as an associate attorney. In addition, Marsillo served as Assistant General Counsel for Neighborhood Health Partnership, Inc. Marsillo received her B.A. from New York University and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Guerra focuses his practice in commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. Most recently, he worked at Fowler Rodriguez & Chalos before joining the firm. He received his B.S. from Tulane University and his J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law. Guerra is a member of the Florida Bar and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. |
