Brennan J. Donnelly Named Partner by Feldman Gale

The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale is pleased to announce that Brennan J. Donnelly has become a partner of the firm.  He practices out of the Miami and Tampa offices and focuses on commercial litigation and employment law.  These two specialty areas frequently overlap in trade secret and non-compete cases.  He has represented clients from both the private and public sector as lead counsel in major litigation involving intellectual property claims, trade names, trade secrets, and non-compete issues.  His labor law background includes successful litigation of Title VII, ADA, ADEA and Rehabilitation Act claims from an employer's initial response through all stages of appeal.

Donnelly has 29 years of experience as a litigator and has had the opportunity to represent international companies and governmental entities in matters vital to their respective interests.  While working as Of Counsel at the firm, Donnelly has worked on major trade secret and non compete issues for FCC Environmental, St. Jude Medical and Mace Security International. In another case for a major multi-national corporation he began by defending the client against a claim and ended by recovering $2.2 million dollars for his client.

Donnelly is admitted to practice before all Florida U.S. District courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the Court of Military Appeals.
