Feldman Gale Names Gregory L. Hillyer Member Of The FirmMIAMI, FL – The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale is pleased to announce that Gregory L. Hillyer has been named a Member of the firm. Mr. Hillyer, a Registered Patent Attorney, focuses his practice in the field of patent law including litigation, procurement, client counseling, licensing, due diligence and opinion work. Prior to joining Feldman Gale, Mr. Hillyer worked as an Associate Attorney at a Philadelphia based intellectual property firm and a Patent Agent for the DuPont Pharmaceutical Company. Mr. Hillyer’s experience also includes serving as an Assistant Public Defender for the County of Philadelphia and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple University School of Law. Before practicing law, Mr. Hillyer served worked as a synthetic chemist for DuPont Merck Research Laboratories and an Adjunct Professor of Chemistry at Wingate University. Hillyer received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Temple University, his B.S. degree from the State University of New York and his M.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Pennsylvania and Florida Supreme Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
