Feldman Gale Attorney Javier Sobrado Passes United States Patent and Trademark Office Bar Exam

BETHESDA, MD - The intellectual property law firm of Feldman Gale is pleased to announce that Javier Sobrado has passed the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Bar exam. With the passing of the exam, which only has a 40-60 percent pass rate, Sobrado can now practice before the USPTO.

"We are excited and proud of Javier's accomplishment with the USPTO," said James A. Gale, co-founder of Feldman Gale. "He will prove to be a valuable resource in our future representations in front of the USPTO."

Mr. Sobrado focuses his practice on Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Litigation, with an emphasis on internet and patent law. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.

He received his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his AB in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from Harvard University.

Mr. Sobrado resides in Bethesda, MD.
