MARIBEL ELIAS, the firm's senior Intellectual Property Administrator, manages the administration of our clients' portfolio of cases, including cancellations, opposition and appeals, that are instituted at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Her portfolio management also includes the filing of all pleadings, motions and briefs at the TTAB.
Having acquired over eight years of extensive experience as a legal administrative professional, Ms. Elias prosecutes all of the firm's United States Federal and State trademark applications along with the docketing for matters involving both domestic and foreign trademarks being handled in Latin America, Asia and Europe.
Furthermore, she applies her expertise to training new associate trademark attorneys and paralegals to handle hearing and trial preparation for IP litigation as well as administrative cases before the TTAB.
Ms. Elias is proficient in both English and Spanish.
