KIMBERLY R. JORDAN, is a Litigation Paralegal with over 23 years of experience in all aspects relating to the preparation of Federal and State court litigation.
Through substantial preparation and participation at hearings and trials, Ms. Jordan provides litigation support to the Firm's attorneys in large complex commercial litigation, antitrust and intellectual property cases.
Ms. Jordan possesses extensive case management expertise in the analysis and organization of documents and exhibits in electronic database exhibits. She is also responsible for executing discovery notices and related litigation pleadings. Additionally, Ms. Jordan conducts due diligence searches and oversees the production of large trial document production.
