JACLYN DAVIES is a patent prosecution paralegal with over ten years of experience in the field of intellectual property including trademark prosecution and copyrights, both in the United States and abroad. Ms. Davies also has exceptional knowledge of the Manual of Patent Examination Procedure, Code of Federal Regulation and Trademark Manual of Examination Procedure. Her area of focus at Feldman Gale has been on international patent prosecution.
Ms. Davies began her professional career as a legal assistant at a boutique firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her expertise grew significantly when she joined one of the areas largest intellectual property firms where she was responsible for training new patent prosecution secretarial staff in all aspects of intellectual property.
Ms. Davies is fluent in French and has an extensive musical background which includes a performance at Carnegie Hall with noted director John Rutter. She plays the flute, piano and guitar and is an accomplished vocalist.
