SUSAN J. LATHAM has always had a passion for Intellectual Property law and after graduating from Florida State University College of Law she attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she earned a Master of Law in Intellectual Property law receiving the award for Distinguished Performance and the Charles Ballon Writing award. Ms. Latham’s practice of intellectual property litigation focuses on the areas of trademark, copyright, false advertising, trade secret, and entertainment.
Ms. Latham earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. While attending the Florida State University College of Law, Ms. Latham was the Executive Editor of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, and completed a summer law program at Oxford University.
