SCOTT E. SCIOLI is a Registered Patent Attorney with experience in many aspects of intellectual property. Mr. Scioli’s practice includes domestic and foreign patent prosecution, due diligence, licensing, and client counseling. Prior to joining Feldman Gale, his practice was focused on pharmaceutical and agricultural biotechnology, and food science technology. Mr. Scioli has demonstrated proficiency in technologies including cell biology, molecular biology, microbiology, and biochemistry. Mr. Scioli has drafted and prosecuted patents directed to stem cells, siRNA technology, catalytic nucleic acids, antiviral technologies, enzymes, receptors, nutraceuticals, probiotic bacteria, waste stream utilization, biofuels, and fermentation. Mr. Scioli has also worked in electrical and mechanical arts, including with fuel cells. Mr. Scioli has counseled companies from start-up to Fortune 50 regarding a broad range of intellectual property issues.
