GREGG H. METZGER is an AV Peer Review Rated partner with Feldman Gale, P.A., in its Miami office. Since 1989, Mr. Metzger has represented a wide variety of business concerns in complex and diverse litigation, appellate and dispute resolution matters. Mr. Metzger’s practice focuses upon business and commercial matters (including intra-organizational disputes, creditors’ rights/lender liability, and real estate); intellectual property matters; advertising, media and privacy matters (including trade regulation enforcement defense); non-compete agreement matters; and products liability defense.
Mr. Metzger was born in Los Angeles but grew up in South Florida. In 1986, Mr. Metzger received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the University of Florida. In 1989, Mr. Metzger received his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he won notable scholastic awards. Mr. Metzger ultimately was inducted into The Order of the Coif.
Throughout his two decades of practice, Mr. Metzger has been privileged to represent a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors, including major manufacturers and advertisers, “nutraceutical” companies, banks, common carriers and freight forwarders, domestic and international brokers and traders, and investors. Mr. Metzger’s clients have ranged in size from individual entrepreneurs to major corporations, including several well known business organizations such as Transamerica, Chase Manhattan, Nike, Procter & Gamble and St. Jude Medical.
Mr. Metzger routinely appears in federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings, throughout the United States.
